My demographic of special needs students often needs assistance when it comes to tuning out the noise of everyday sensory distraction. Things that seem simple to us, often cause significant distraction within my classroom. With these materials, students will feel more comfortable, safe, and secure within the classroom environment. These tools will allow my students to utilize ways to tune out the noise of everyday tasks and distraction in order to regain their attention on education. My goal is for my students to feel safe, and escape their anxiety in a healthy, and productive manner.
