My students react to learning the most when I can include as many modalities as possible in the lesson. They can see it, hear it, and move to it. With a touch screen, my students can show me that they understand the lesson by touching the screen rather than using the mouse, which requires hand and eye coordination. A touch screen tablet will be easier to use then the desktop computer. The student will be rewarded immediately for providing the correct answer by touching the screen. The tablet will be used in a small group and also improve their turn-taking skills.
