Help us transition often without disruption. Our students are busy and frequently transitioning from different stations, putting away materials, or changing groups to get different ideas and opinions from someone other than their table partners. However, our science classrooms are the only ones without carpeted floor, and with chairs so each time we transition, we make a decent amount of noise in our room, and also for the room below us, tennis balls will muffle that. We plan to put tennis balls on the bottom of each chair post to that the transitions are quieter, and we can continue to move as we learn. Post-its are needed for a challenge project, we need a variety of colors to give students the best chance at creating something awesome! Students will use grids and different colored post its to create a visual display as one of our engineering incentives.
