All of my students love to decorate their spiral notebooks throughout the school year. Our class at times does not have enough supplies to share and students take twice as long kindly waiting to use the only supplies available. Having glue sticks, markers, scissors, and rulers available for each student to use will help students brighten up their work and make progress much faster. The goal is for students to creatively design their spiral notebooks with flipbook designs so that they can be appealing and engaging. Students can then use them to interact in the Spanish target language and collaborate. If students have these supplies available their interactive spiral notebook will be bright, full of color and engaging. The first and foremost is to give all the students a chance to be creative with their spiral notebook. They can use this spiral notebook throughout their high school years and continue adding content throughout each lesson in a colorful and decorated engaging way. This will enable students to not only be motivated to learn but to be creative with the available supplies.
