It is my belief that all students with or without a disability deserve equal access to a learning environment that fosters opportunities for them to grow academically and socially. I strive to provide a classroom environment that embraces high expectations and promotes high self-esteem for all students. I feel that when we, as educational professionals, assume the best about our students and ourselves, teaching changes and positive results happen. Students begin to believe in themselves and feel they can meet the high expectations that presented to them. The Chromebooks will help teach the students about search engines and to research various topics, help them find educational websites and games to enhance their learning. They will also learn how to search for vocational institutions and connect with local community organizations that can provide resources and experiences.
