Dramatic play is something we do in my TK classroom daily that all of my students look forward to. Through dramatic and purposeful play my students are able to build imagination, develop reading, language, math and science skills, solve problems, and build social skills. These dramatic play supplies I've requested will provide an opportunity for my students to practice and develop their language and social skills by merely being with and talking to their peers. It boosts the development of problem-solving and self-regulation skills and also allows students to explore other people's perspectives while building empathy and understanding.
