These materials will make a difference in my students learning by allowing them to see , hold , and touch tangible items while learning . Everyday I learn new things about my students but one thing has always remained the same , that is that this a very hands on class and they need manipulatives to assist them in learning new things such as beginning sounds . The letter tubs would help my struggling students to get make a real life connection to the letters learned each week , the alpha bots would help students to master letter recognition , while the books would provide students with an abundance of good reads to encourage self reading . All the materials in this project will be used on a daily basis and are for a very active and loving group of kindergartens.
