My class thrives off of being able to work together in groups and in partner pairs on the various activities we do. The clipboards that double as dry-erase boards will be beneficial in allowing my students to work around the room together. We also do various review activities and assignments that allow them to move around the room. Right now, my students all have to carry their textbooks with them to have a hard surface to write on. These would be a great help. We also use math games when independent work has been completed. Dice are very versatile and can be used over and over again with a multitude of games. These materials will help us make learning social and cooperative. When learning is cooperative, students thrive academically and socially.
