My project is built around the premise that effective communication helps nurture and develop confidence in student presenters. In addition to giving students choice and voice, it is equally important to provide a setting conducive to alleviating stress and fear of failure in front of peers. The piece of furniture being requested will provide organizational support and flexibility. Fostering self-esteem while promoting a safe ,motivational way to grow academically, socially, and emotionally is integral to overall success and pride in performance. Encouraging my students through interactive practice affords them the opportunity to be actively involved in their learning.They are embarking as navigators into a world where they are seeking relevance, a sense of belonging, and meaning. Their perceptions are impacted by trial and error endeavors , enhanced by positive reinforcement, and rewarded by promoting critical thinking, and problem-solving.
