The Cricut maker will help us in creating labels and decorative pieces to enhance the classroom atmosphere for our students. Additionally, it will allow students to create pieces for service and fundraising projects. Being able to print in color and on colored paper helps us differentiate learning for our students who have a variety of learning needs. Often we use color-coding for our students in order to make visible connections. For example, we use a "painted essay format" in writing that color codes the components of an essay in order for students to see how they fit together to make one cohesive writing piece.
