To help provide my students a comfortable and encouraging environment, flexible seating is a great option to offer them. Many of my students like to wiggle and move around as they learn, but to limit class distractions, wobble seats help them move and learn at the same time. Wobble seats are also excellent for building core strength. As students at my school have returned to full time in person learning, giving them these seating options and demonstrating flexibility helps to build our classroom community and provide support for students' social and emotional learning. We are working on building a full day of learning stamina, and wobble seats help them increase their resilience.
