The schools serve low income communities. We offer small classes and extensive support for our students and their families.
During this difficult time, we have been safely working with small groups of high need students for in person support. Following the CDC guidelines & social distancing protocols, we've been able to help students who struggle with virtual learning. However, the current conditions (covid-19 pandemic & wildfires) make it challenging to bring anyone on to campus, thus affecting the quality of the support we can provide.
We are looking to purchase Moleukule air purifiers to put in our classrooms to keep our students healthy while they're learning. Molekule Air Purifiers are the only air purifiers on the market which can help fight against viruses. The poor air quality due to the California wildfires have also been putting extra strain on our community amidst an already extremely difficult time. As Covid-19 is a respiratory illness, the extra strain from the smoke is especially dangerous.
