My students will use the manipulatives in STEM, Math and ELA activities. The materials will help to motivate and stimulate my students. Learning in Math at the kindergarten level is hands on and manipulating fun colorful material is enjoyable. The materials fit in with the Math curriculum we use. The STEM materials will keep them inspired to discover, explore and learn. The puzzle will help to talk about culture. The activities such as lacing, stamping and the giant sizes provide a sensory option which will help to make connections and support the lesson objectives in ELA. All the materials will also put language in action and in context to reinforce the objectives of French immersion.
