Students learn better when there is structured classroom routines in place. Knowing the expectations of the class allows them to focus on there learning. I teach ELA in a resource room setting, It is imperative to our day that students understand and maintain the daily routines. Students learn best when they are organized and engaged in the classroom. The supplies requested will assist with organizing students' work and supplies in the classroom, note-taking with interactive notebooks, and allowing them a flexible seating option to help with engagement. The items that are needed most are the interactive notebooks. This will help with teaching students important note-taking and study skills.
