My students must keep up with the latest advancements in education to spark an interest in writing. Education is changing every single day, and so are the demands on my students, especially when it comes to their written craft. Students in my classroom like to write about everything under the sun. My goal as an educator is to stream-line the process of assessing student writing while allowing them to reflect on their individual writing goals. With an active class of 22 students, in a co-teaching setting, it has proven to be difficult to assess and move students forward in a meaningful and productive manner. This project uses touch screen tablets to allow for teachers to assist students with their writing allowing them to stay ON THE WRITE TRACK!
