Recently, I acquired parts of a drum set. This drum set needs repair, but has a lot of potential! We have some avid drummers at my school that want to share their talents, and many students who want to learn drums like their peers. This kit can be used for both our Choir and our music classes. Replacement parts will fix the drum kit, and make it a powerful tool for learning in the music classroom. The drum kit won't work for students if it is broken and missing crucial pieces. Having a complete drum kit empowers us to learn how to play and compose hip hop, rock, folk, and other music styles we love. Without cymbals, the hi hat makes no sound! Our current tom sounds like a bucket and needs some love to sound resonant. We need a floor tom so that we can have those wonderful drum fills, too. Help us rock out and make groovy beats.
