Google Expedition Kits can be utilized by any subject in our school. Of course, social studies can use it to explore the Egyptian pyramids as if you were there. English classes can have students visit Shakespeare's world and see what inspired him. Art classes can visit the Museum D'Orsay so students can see actual Van Gogh paintings as if they were there in the museum. In my psychology class, we can examine parts of a real brain. Not just the one-dimensional paper copy they have when they label as we learn about how different parts of the brain control different behaviors. By exploring through virtual and augmented reality it may help a student that is struggling to grasp a particular concept. The possibilities are endless on what can be done with the Google Expedition Kit.
