The Allons-Y magazine from Scholastic is an amazing way for French I students to learn culture, grammar, and reading comprehension in one! This magazine subscription will bring current cultural information into our French class to help make language learning more authentic and relatable for the students! The extensions that will lead from these magazines' articles are cultural projects, and further investigation and research opportunities. The students will each receive a copy of the magazine, as well as the online activities that go along. The online component of the magazine allows the students to listen to the articles from an authentic French speaker.
