These materials will help our little Preschoolers learn their letters and sounds in a fun, hands-on way, which will help get them prepared for Kindergarten. There are also some fine-motor/ pre-writing materials which will help these children build their muscles so they can begin to start writing and have the muscle strength to do so. The materials I chose are developmentally appropriate and will meet the needs of all different types of learners and ages in the classroom. The letter search activity and the locks and keys will help the students match letters but also have a fine-motor component to them. The wiki sticks and letter sponges are great for little learners who are motivated by art activities. Lastly, there are two types of magnetic boards. One for our littlest learners that will help them begin to form lines and the other that has the letters of the alphabet for some of the older kiddos to help them to begin to start forming letters.
