I watch my High School students struggle daily with high energy levels and concentration. As if being a teenager isn’t tough enough, the causes can also stem from mental health (ADD, ADHD, ODD, bipolar), family matters and dynamics, special needs, or even that box of donuts that they ate for breakfast…if they ate. Desk bikes in the library will provide an efficient way for my High School students to expend some of that extra energy that causes distractions and still get the work finished. They can read, work, and ride!

About my class
