The Lenovo IdeaPads will improve my kids' ability to operate in the technological 21st Century. They will learn to type, to operate a computer, thus enabling them to compete with other students within the District and beyond. My kids will have the opportunity to take District mandated assessments without the stress of being unprepared. Having equitable resources like USABLE IdeaPads give my kids the practice and know-how, to navigate the technology as well as build their confidence. The access these laptops will give my kids means so much more than putting a device in their hands. This opportunity will open the world to them. When students are not distracted by damaged or a lack of technology, these kids tend to function much better throughout the school day. Having more time with functional equipment, will help build that equitable balance most students already enjoy.
