These materials will provided a dedicated reading, listening, and writting station that are not clearly defined in my classroom. My students love what I have been able to provide for them in our reading and writting center, but due to the lack of defined spaces, they tend to wander. I believe that providing them a designated space will help them to not only understand boundaries, but also to have that special place they feel comfortable in. I also want to provide the best materials for my students at the writing station, but there is no where to put the materials where the students can access them themselves. I have all the materials in a closet and sometimes forget they are even there until I find them while looking for something else. These resources will definitely be of great benefit to my students allowing them to take ownership of their materials and provided the best environment to allow them to express themselves creatively.
