Fifth grade math and science can be a challenge for kids, especially when they don't have hands on experience. Please help us get the tools we need to have an inquiry-based science classroom and the tools for more hands on math. There is no substitute in learning for hands on activities. Being able to build circuits crosses the bridge between memorizing and understanding electrical energy. These tools will allow for more hands on science in the classroom. The other items will help students as we work in small group math. Finally, the computer mice and earphones will enable us to begin working with a flipped classroom and increase small group time with the kids.
