My students would greatly benefit from having technology tools in our classroom. Our school system is Moving Forward to ensure that all students become lifelong learners. Great programs have been purchased to give students opportunities to meet and exceed their goals. However, my students need the tools to utilize the programs designed to help them master 3rd Grade Standards. Having Chromebooks in my classroom would mean that students with different academic needs could practice and become more engaged in the learning process utilizing activities on their individual learning level. This would also create an opportunity for me, as the teacher, to spend time conferencing with other students who need support or enrichment. I am so excited about this opportunity! I pray that the best decisions are made for our children. They truly are the future!
