The students in my classroom learn through visuals, hands-on activities, and play. The flip chart and writing easel will give my students many learning opportunities. They will have access to the preschool calendar and activity charts that hang from the easel. The writing easel will also be available to the students for a variety of writing activities. The vertical writing surface provides opportunities for fine motor development. It helps with writing tool grasp and with wrist positioning. Also, the students will engage in a variety of learning activities as they arrange magnetic items (letters, numbers, etc.) on the magnetic writing board. The opportunity to engage with activities involving the flip chart and writing easel is a perfect opportunity for my preschool students to develop their pre-academics, pre-writing, and social skills. They will have opportunities to work together while engaged in a variety of activities. This flip chart/writing easel is the perfect addition to the student's learning environment. By donating to this project, you will help preschoolers with special needs to learn and grow in a dynamic and motivating learning environment.
