Graphic novels are a fun and exciting way to encourage literacy and inspire a love for reading. They can help students gain a better understanding of how to better recognize story elements such as plot, character, theme, and others through a combination of visual and textual cues that aid comprehension. Unfortunately, our graphic novel section was decimated when school was suddenly closed due to the pandemic. With these new graphic novels to replace just some of those lost, our students will engage in reading in a fun and exciting way, especially those who are reluctant or ELL readers! Please help to rebuild our most beloved book section and support our next generation of readers!
