I have a great group of students who enjoy reading and I want to continue to foster their love for books. Our class currently has a simple rug for our gathering area and I would like to create a comfortable reading area in the classroom where students can curl up with a good book during Reader's Workshop as well as have flexible seating options that will allow them to collaborate and work together. The inspiring pillows and the beanbag chairs will allow for additional comfortable floor seating options. They are lightweight and can be easily used in many areas of the classroom. This will help to create a welcoming environment that students can enjoy as their home away from home.
