I am asking for musical instruments! My school does not currently own any musical equipment, and I am hoping to receive basic instruments. Once a week, a group of 9th - 12th grade students will participate in Making Music. During this time, they will learn to play guitar and drums, and they will have the opportunity to perform alongside other musicians. Students will begin with the basics, learning how to play chords and simple beats. As they continue to improve their musical skills, they will learn how to play songs and they will learn to play within an ensemble. In the words of Plato, "Music gives a soul to the universe, wings to the mind, flight to the imagination and life to everything." Help my students soar by donating today.
