3D Bulletin Boards serve as a powerful learning tool and create a sense of community. They will serve as an additional visual aid about the topics I’ll be teaching, a review of past learning/lessons, a showcase on students work, and a method to provide enrichment. The materials will also allow my students to create flashcards in order to help them learn their science words in and out of the classroom. The shoe rack will also help my students grow their own plants in the classroom. During the photosynthesis, carbon cycle and cellular respiration lessons, students will be able to plant their own seed in the shoe pockets and can grow their knowledge in the content as well their investment and responsibility. My students will not only learn the science benchmarks but lessons on patience, hope and planning for a future.
