The materials for this project will make the students feel comfortable in the classroom. Haven't you ever wanted a classroom to feel like home? With the materials I have added for this project, that will begin to happen in my classroom! I want my kids to feel they are at home and be able to learn in an environment where they are excited to be. Having supplies that allow the kids to move around the room to read and write will not only allow them to do it comfortably but will also get them excited to read and write! I have seen it happen in other classrooms, the kids are able to freely sit where they want with different kinds of seating and they love the opportunity to do that. That is what I want to provide for my kids. I want to see them excited to read and write. The seating will be used throughout the school day. The organizer will allow the kids who miss a day easy access to the materials we used on the day they were gone.
