These books will allow my students to access new information and stories whenever they would like. During the school week, they only have a chance to go to the school library once a week at the most and sometimes they do not get to go at all during the week. I do not want a lack of flexibility in their schedule or lack of access to resources to inhibit or diminish their desire to learn or read. In addition, many of my students either struggle with reading or are not challenged enough in their reading. I want this library to be a place for them to become confident in their reading and to challenge themselves in reading.
