Each year, my students design and build a custom robot to compete in the challenges set by FIRST. These competitions not only test the students engineering skills, but also their business presentation skills, and as we have recently learned their static and data organizing skills. In the past, the students have used pen and paper to keep track of match data, but we are looking to create a more modern system that mimics skills that they will use in the real world. They will use the tablets to run advanced analysis with Tableau which is a leading software in the real world.

About my class
