If my project is funded we will be able to implement many more multi-sensory lessons while supporting the communication needs of our students and engaging all students in activities! This will improve achievement gaps in all areas. It will also motivate our students to try new and unfamiliar things with more ease. These materials will increase focus, attention, and concentration while helping to develop and/or increase their senses. These materials will improve alertness as well as improve their coordination and motor development! In our classroom we believe that sensory integration is the key to awareness and that awareness will increase their desire to communicate in one way or another. Rather than creating frustrating obstacles, let's give our babies the tools they need for continued success!
