Our school district has adopted a reading curriculum that runs grades 6-12. This curriculum is amazing with many online components for students to access. There are many tools the students can utilize like annotating the text or listening to the passage. This Microsoft Surface Go I have asked for will help me get closer to the 2 to 1 ratio of students to technology. This will impact student learning for my students in many ways. I will be able to scaffold more as they will have access to their own personal modified assignment. They will also be able to listen and access the stories when a teacher is not available.
