A number of careers and trades are centered around STEM basic skills and backgrounds. These 21st-century skills are needed and companies are experiencing shortages. My scholars use technology and obtain the skills needed to help fill these positions. My scholars need opportunity, materials, and motivation. I would like to be a part of motivating scholars and providing them with the skills needed to compete with their peers across the globe. With this given opportunity and resources my scholars in the classroom will show their interest and engagement By using the interactive scholar-paced technological programs in our remote setting.
