I'm a third grade teacher in Chinese Immersion program. Currently, every two of my students from two classes (morning and afternoon) share one table in my classroom... I do want implement differentiated learning so that each student would develop in their optimal ZPD. Yet with the shared table and limited storage for students' workbook/school supplies, it is too challenging to switch seatings and rotate on a timely basis. These two cabinets will help me to keep students' work and school supplies in a fixed place so that they could have a flexible seating on a day to day basis according to their learning aptitude and achievement. To me, differentiation is the key to students' motivation and investment in a classroom. I do hope that I could help all kids engaged in learning by an interactive and flexible classroom setting! Thank you :)
