I have students with a wide range of reading abilities. In order to reach each student, I need a variety of texts from every reading level. These books will provide all of my students more opportunities to succeed. We will use them for literature circles, class wide novel studies and independent reading time. Students will read the books, explore the books and complete projects related to the texts. Students will improve their fluency and text comprehension by reading and immersing themselves into appropriately leveled, high-interest texts. Along with improving their reading skills, students will also have opportunities to learn about different cultures, historical figures and important events.

About my class
