These books will benefit my students because of the popularity of the books and the topics will keep them engaged while also improving their learning skills and helping them reach their highest potential. I will be using these novels as a new curriculum to read with my students and build their fluency, comprehension, decoding skills, and expose them to different texts which will prompt them to use their brains and help them build new skills. The students need these novels to improve their reading abilities and make progress toward their IEP goals. Using these novels will provide my students' the opportunity to read out loud, answer comprehension questions, decode new words, and identify different types of writings.
