My school was gracious enough to give us iPads to help us create virtual content. Using an Apple Pencil will allow me to create more engaging videos and lessons. It will allow for further customization and help my students get to know me a little better. Some students may miss live class due to WiFi issues, and having a good recording of the lesson will help them tremendously. Being able to write down essential vocabulary or draw an accurate picture of a cell, could not only help them grasp the content better, but it will also help class feel more personal. Not only will this help while we are virtual, but once we get back into the classroom as well. Recording lessons could become the new norm, and allow students to truly catch up on material instead of hearing the summary from me or their classmates.
