The students in my school struggle with math. The materials requested will help improve their math skill with hands on experiences. Student will develop basic number sense, adding, geometry, and practice place value. Student are more engaged when they are allowed to manipulate and explore. We want to allow more engaging and purposeful play in the classroom to help foster a strong foundation in number numeracy. My school is a Title I campus within the district to help increase literacy and number numeracy among the feeder pattern.Our goal is to increase student literacy within low economical areas. The materials will help support knowledge learned of a concept by offering hands-on, fun, engaging centers to grasp their attention.

About my class
