If our project is fully funded, we are going to incorporate more flexible seating into our classroom. So far we only have a few options and are excited to have more! Flexible seating is great way for students to learn in an environment that fits their personal needs. Think about your own learning styles.. Do you learn best curled up or sitting straight? I have seen a positive results in the past with this in other classrooms. As of now, we have one crate seat, two stools, and two pillows. We are hoping to get a few different seating options (desk and floor) and enough for each student to have a choice! These will aide in learning by providing that environment that suits their learning.
