Hi! Thank you for visiting my page. These yoga mats will make a difference in kids' lives for many reasons. It will open their minds to yoga which they may or may not have done before. We will also use them for meditation and regulating our bodies to get ready to learn. It will promote healthy habits as well. When we meditate and stretch in class, I see a huge difference in my students' ability to sit still and be active listeners. After meditating or doing yoga, they are ready to learn and participate in activities.
