The Bridgette project will help my students learn about the skeletal system. I call my skeleton Bridgette I have had her for 15 years, during my lesson this year, she fell apart in my hands. The kids thought it was hilarious and I rolled with it. I have students who have left and now their children are in my class. Their children come to my class and ask about Bridgette, they are excited when I bring her out and they learn that their fingers are really called phalanges. I believe they should learn the proper names of the bones, we have so much fun learning the bones.
