The VR set, as well as the exercise box, will help the students better understand the workings of the human body as well as how those body systems handle force. The VR will help the students identify the different muscles and muscle groups and where they are located. When students are using the exercise box, they will better understand force and what it does to our bodies when we repeat it. We pair the box use with a vert tracker and the read out will not only tell us how high they jumped but with how much force. The same can be said for when they jump from the box to the floor.
