My students are amazing. They are students with mild to moderate disabilities but remain with their non-disabled peers. I co-teach in an inclusive setting. I work in a district that is committed to 21st century learning! Every student in grades 4-6 has a laptop. It's amazing what our fourth graders are doing with this technology. They will be prepared for college or the workforce when they graduate. Having these laptops has leveled the playing field for students with disabilities. We have all students producing more work than ever before. I would love to have a mini-projector to be able to teach anywhere in the school with the technology I have been provided!
