When getting new soccer balls, it will bring new excitement to my students. My students have worn down soccer balls. It makes it extremely tough to master the skills that need in school. I do not have enough soccer balls. We are going to have to use kickballs that won't give the same feel as an actual soccer ball. Students in my school don't have the opportunity to play soccer outside of school. I am giving them an opportunity to develop soccer skills needed to become a proficient soccer player. They aren't just learning about the skills but will learn how to be a better person. I am all about developing the whole child. I know some of my students do not come from a positive situation. I am using physical activity as a way to have them feel success. I want my students to gain friendships with their peers in the program and create long lasting bonds.
