My aspiration is that this event will be something my students reflect on for years to come. I have heard Odd's stories sever times as a child and I can vividly remember each time and the impact it had on me! Our school has been talking about introducing a story telling unit into our curriculum and I believe this would be the perfect demonstration of just how amazing a spoken story can be. It will give my students an idea of the lengths they will need to go to to tell an effective, and captivating story. Also as stories do, I hope it shines a new light, and causes them to reflect on something in their own, diverse lives.
