I've done the training, I have the space and the students have the time. Now, we need some additional materials to really supercharge our movement and mindfulness practices. New yoga mats will encourage the students to step on the mat and practice! Lining our shelves with engaging titles will help me share the benefits of breathing, meditating and moving mindfully. A few toys, like the scarves, wands, expanding spheres and stretchy balls will help keep our sessions playful and fun. Altogether, the items I've requested will make our mindful movement space more inviting and inspiring. Students will step up and learn to explore their inner worlds, finding a sense of peace that will enable them to reach their educational potential.
