Showing students real technology, that helps clean the classroom, as well as showing students real organisms that will help students understand the world of biology and bring the pictures to life. We learn about biochem, cells, genetics, evolution, and ecology. These specimens can be used all year long to reference and to study the organisms that are preserved. Whether talking about the adaptations of each organism, to learning about the evolution and history to each organism. Through hands-on inquiry-based labs, my students learn these difficult concepts. The organisms and iRobot can brighten their day as well as truly bring the biology learning and classroom experience to life for these students.
