I am asking for a bookshelf to help organize my literature. The bookshelf I am requesting has labels already on it, which will make it easier to organize in terms of genre (for example, historical fiction and biography) and level. It is important for students to read books that detail different experiences than those they have. My students are very interested in books that deal with people of color, the LGBT+ population, and mental health. Many of these books are written by authors of color, and authors that identify as a part of the LGBT+ spectrum. It is important for students to read books that detail different experiences than those they have.
